The camera in question is the 2.0 MPixel 3D Scanner using Infrared (IR) Laser to create the 3D model. The camera is also equipped with 2D color 2.3 MP scanner making it possible to work in both IR and color space.  The FPGA base 3D scanner supports fast scan rates up 3500 fps and conveyor speeds exceeding 1.0 m/s. The system has 12 bit dynamic range and excellent edge detection making it very usable in challenging automation scenarios. The Scanner targets Industrial Automation – multiple scanner can work together to make 360 degrees 3D models while the objects are moving.
